We are sorry you’re not satisfied with your order. Please contact us within 14 days to return your order. We only offer store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are liable, for the return shipping fee.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, that show signs of wear and do not meet the above criteria.
Accessories items are non-returnable.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Once your return is received and inspected, to ensure there is no smell, stains, makeup, food, drink, oil etc., and that the items have not been worn. We will send you an email to notify you, if your return is accepted or declined. If you are approved, your store credit will be processed, and we will follow up with instructions on how to use your credit. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
All returns must be sent using a tracking and signed for. That way, we can ensure the parcel reaches us. We are not liable for any missing returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, if you need to exchange for the same item because it was not the right size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, contact us at email@example.com, so that we can generate your return label. We will e-mail you a return label to return your product.
